Product

What is AMC ClinicalPro? +

AMC ClinicalPro is an independent mobile preparation app for doctors and candidate clinicians practising AMC Part 2 clinical stations. It supports timed reading, AI patient role-play, Session Notes, Session Results, replay, analytics and Free/Pro access controls.

Who is AMC ClinicalPro for? +

AMC ClinicalPro is designed for adult international medical graduates, returning candidates and candidate clinicians preparing for Australian clinical station-style practice. It is not designed for real patient care or for children.

How does the station rhythm work? +

The practice rhythm is Setup, Read 2:00, Consult 8:00, Session Notes, Session Results and Repeat. The loop helps candidates practise a station, review what happened and return with a clearer improvement target.

Is AMC ClinicalPro a web station runner? +

No. AMC ClinicalPro is positioned as a mobile preparation app. The public website explains the product, support pathways, legal information, beta access and official-source links.

AI feedback

How does the AI simulated patient work? +

The AI simulated patient responds within fictional or authorised practice station context. It helps candidates practise patient-style replies, concerns and follow-up questions under timed conditions.

What are AI Session Results? +

AI Session Results are structured practice feedback generated after an attempt. They may highlight predicted strengths, missed points, safety signals and an ideal approach for the next practice attempt.

Can AI Session Results be wrong? +

Yes. AI can make mistakes, miss context, overstate a point or provide incomplete feedback. Session Results are practice predictions for education and preparation only, not official AMC outcomes.

Does AI feedback guarantee exam performance? +

No. AMC ClinicalPro does not guarantee exam success, registration, employment, migration outcomes, official AMC results or professional recognition.

Privacy

Does my voice leave the device? +

Candidate speech-to-text is handled on device in the mobile app. Raw candidate voice is not sent off device for transcription, scoring, analytics or AI processing.

Does clinical payload text go into analytics or crash custom keys? +

No. Clinical payload text is not used for analytics or crash custom keys. Website and app telemetry should stay focused on metadata needed for reliability, support and product safety.

Should I enter real patient records? +

No. Users should not enter real patient records, identifiable patient information, emergency information or sensitive clinical information into AMC ClinicalPro unless an approved support or privacy process specifically requests it.

How can I request account deletion? +

Users can request deletion through the account deletion page on this website and through any supported in-app account deletion flow once the mobile app is available.

Access

Is AMC ClinicalPro available on iOS or Android? +

The public website currently uses beta and launch-notice messaging until approved App Store and Google Play links are ready. It should not display fake store badges or unavailable purchase links.

What is included in Free and Pro? +

Generous Free access is intended to include 2 practice stations daily, 2 guided readings daily, unlimited station playback and saved practice history. Planned Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly options are intended to unlock higher daily practice limits and deeper preparation support once store products are approved.

Will Pro prices be shown before launch? +

No. Exact Pro prices should appear only after Apple and Google subscription products are approved and ready. Until then, AMC ClinicalPro uses beta and launch-notice messaging.

How do cancellations and refunds work? +

When subscriptions become available through Apple or Google, renewals, cancellations and refunds will follow the relevant app-store billing rules and the final subscription terms shown at purchase time.
