1. Summary
This Privacy Policy explains how AMC ClinicalPro handles information across the website, mobile apps, support channels and related services.
2. Scope and product boundaries
AMC ClinicalPro is an independent education and preparation product, not an official AMC service, patient-care system, clinical record system or emergency service. Users must not enter real patient records or identifiable patient information unless explicitly requested through an approved privacy or support process.
3. Information we may collect
Information may include account/profile data, authentication identifiers, subscription entitlement status, practice activity, case selections, Session Notes, transcripts, simulated patient replies, AI guidance, Session Results, replay metadata, support tickets, contact form data, app version, platform, request IDs, diagnostics and website usage data.
4. Voice, speech-to-text and replay
Candidate speech-to-text is handled on device in the mobile app. Raw candidate voice is not sent off device for transcription, scoring, analytics or AI processing. Candidate replay may use device text-to-speech generated from transcript text. System-generated simulated-patient audio may be stored or replayed where enabled.
5. AI processing
AI features may process relevant practice context such as station settings, conversation history, transcript excerpts, notes or request metadata to generate simulated patient replies, guidance and Session Results. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and remains educational only.
6. Analytics, crash reporting and diagnostics
Clinical payload text is not used for analytics or crash custom keys. Telemetry should focus on metadata needed for reliability, support, safety and product performance.
7. Third-party processors and cross-border processing
AMC ClinicalPro may use cloud hosting, authentication, AI model providers, app stores, analytics/crash tools, subscription processors and support tools. Processing may occur in Australia or overseas depending on provider infrastructure and user location.
8. Access, correction, deletion and complaints
Users may contact support to request access, correction, deletion or privacy assistance. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, dispute, backup or compliance reasons.
9. Security and breach handling
AMC ClinicalPro uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no system is risk free. Suspected eligible data breaches will be assessed and handled according to applicable legal requirements.
